This luxury and exquisite 4 bedroom, 3 storey villa is located in a prime, central location, just a few minutes’ walk to the main Protaras strip, where the beaches, including the renowned Fig Tree Bay Beach, and amenities are located. The villa is newly built, tastefully decorated and furnished, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

As you enter the villa, you will find the contemporary and spacious open-plan ground floor living room, kitchen and dining area, all surrounded by large sliding patio doors that lead to the garden and pool. The living room features comfortable sofas and a widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels. The dining area has a table and seating for 8 people, and the kitchen is complete with all appliances and utensils.

One of the bathrooms with shower and WC is located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find two of the bedrooms, both with double beds, open wardrobes and bedside cabinets. In the hallway, there is a door leading out to a small balcony with seating.

The main family bathroom with shower and WC is also located on this floor.

Downstairs, on the lower ground floor level which is accessed from the living room, you will find the remaining two bedrooms, one double and one twin. Both bedrooms feature open wardrobes, bedside cabinets and doors leading out to a shared patio with seating.
