This villa is a luxurious and elaborate four bedroom sea front villa located in the heart of Protaras. Within walking distance of all beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and other amenities, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The ground floor features an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room includes a comfortable corner sofa, widescreen satellite TV (including full UK satellite and Russian channels), a DVD player and large patio doors leading to the garden and beautiful sea views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, while the dining area offers seating for eight people. There is also a bedroom on this floor with two single beds, along with a separate WC.

Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, and doors leading out to a balcony with sea views. The second bedroom also has a double bed and balcony, while the third bedroom includes two single beds and access to a shared balcony, also offering sea views. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main upstairs bathroom includes a bathtub with shower and WC.

Outside, the sunny garden and pool area provide plenty of space for sunbathing and outdoor dining.
